Congratulations to Coolbinia Primary coordinator Mums - Tanya Crewe, Lisa Bowden, Fiona Lanigan (who moved school mid 2013), Kylie Walford and all the many other volunteers who make their Walking School Bus happen. Coolbinia have been awarded the ‘Most Kilometres Walked’ Walking School Bus title for 2013.

Lisa Bowden is a founding member of the Coolbinia Primary Walking School Bus - winners of the 'Most Kilometres Walked' title in 2013. A leading example for the state, three routes walk together both mornings and afternoons, various days of the week.
Lisa's highlight has been "watching the siblings who started the walking school bus in prams, now walking with the group as they enter Year One".

I have sent in my 'Hands Up' survey results, which was actually pretty easy as the fantastic Year 7 students at South Perth Primary collect travel to school information from every class at school each week.
A trophy is presented to the class with the highest percentage of students walking or riding to school at each fortnightly assembly.
