Busy with Star Cards

The Star Cards are very tricky to do. First we have to check all the Toesday (Tuesday) raffle tickets and match them to the Star Cards.

Secondly, we punch a star for every raffle ticket and add new Star Cards for first timers.

After that we put the raffle tickets in the Junior or Senior boxes. We draw out a…

Afloat on Fume Free Friday

Today's Fune Free Friday (FFF) was washed out!  Heavy rain reduced the success of our regular TS day.  Although we made a PA announcement, had posters up and were handing out small prizes, like stickers and painting sheets, the response to FFF was reduced due to the weather.

Even though it rained we enjoyed coming to school earlier than usual to hand out the prizes and support TravelSmart at our school.

Walk Over October Walking Wednesdays

In addition to our "Toesdays," we will be participating in Walking Wednesdays during Walk Over October. We are doing this because we have accepted the challenge from the Heart Foundation, which is a major sponsor of WOO.

We want to encourage more Active Transport and it's healthy as well.

We are going to take the names of "Active Transporters" first thing before school on the Wednesdays. We will be in the Under Cover Area with a desk and chairs and…

Snap to it, it's competition time!

Love to snap a ‘selfie’? Love to travel on Transperth? Then why not combine the two for a chance to win $200 worth of vouchers.

Next time you’re travelling on Transperth, take a ‘selfie’ and caption it with your name and what you’ve learnt about Transperth while using the system. Send it to and you could be walking away with a $100 voucher for yourself and a $100 voucher for your school.…
